The meeting was called to order by Mike Deck at 7:10 PM. Those in attendance were the board members (Mike Deck, Bill Barclay, Bob Farmer, and R. A. Ristinen), Terry Kenyon (Engineering) and Dick Lyons (Legal). Board Secretary Bob Champ's absence was excused. Fifty-seven members of the public signed the sign-in sheet that was circulated at the beginning of the meeting.

A community meeting was held, at which plans were presented to the attendees and questions answered.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
