The meeting was called to order by Mike Deck at 7:05 PM. Those in attendance were the board members (Mike Deck, Bob Ristinen, Bob Champ, Bill Barclay) and Terry Kenyon (Engineering). Bob Farmer’s (boardmember) absence was excused. Approximately fifty members of the public were present.

Mike Deck summarized the construction status, reviewed the assessment notices and the taxation status. A number of questions regarding the construction were answered.

Terry Kenyon then discussed the placement of, and the service line connection to, the meter. He noted a few contractors, including Colorado Pipeline that would install this line. Various aspects of this connection were presented and questions were answered.

A motion was made to adjourn, seconded and unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:05 PM.
