The meeting was called to order by Mike Deck. Those in attendance were the board members (Mike Deck, Bob Farmer, Richard Moeller and Mark Johns). Frank Hauke and H.O. (Dick) Winters (Water System Operators) were present. Many members of the public was present.

Announcement of new member present (Rick Moeller).

Recognition of Mark Johns to become new member.
Motion to appoint Mark Johns director by Bob Farmer, second by Rick Moeller, passed unanimously.
Mark Johns took oath.

Site Plan Review completed.
Contractor "on it" for removal.
